Autumn Harvest Mushrooms
Fresh and dried mushroom's, Risotto, dried herb’s, shallots, mushroom powder seasoning and mushroom soup.

Café Maison
Hot and cold refreshments from Fresh coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate, hot fresh donuts, muffins, cookies etc.

Carniceria stall Towngate (Saturday and Sunday)
Warm, fresh and homemade mini Nook Brewhouse pies, peas and gravy £2.50

A full range of farmhouse and artisan cheeses and butters.

Chiara Loves Pasta
Francesesca will be joining us this year with her wide range of homemade pasta sauces, Italian pickles as well as her range of savoury dishes, it is her first time at this festival so she is really excited to be attending so please visit her stall and sample her sauces!

Coddy's Farm
Tender Aberdeen Angus beef, delicious outdoor reared pork, mouth-watering free range chicken and succulent lamb all reared locally on our small family run farm nestled in the picturesque Holme Valley. Visit our stall to sample some of our delicious meats.

Local restaurants Old Bridge Hotel, Carniceria, The Hepworth and Les Caveaux will be offering a mouthwatering selection of taster dishes perfect for some al fresco dining in Towngate Car Park.

Foodie Farmer
Richard will be tempting you with his fresh hot and chilled soups, as well as his refreshing chilled Lemonade, all items are produced on his farm

German Bar
Selling Krombacher draft beer, German Wheat beer and Dark Beer, together with wines and soft drinks.

Glendale GingerGlendale Ginger
Glendale Ginger is a wonderful drink made to a family recipe for over 300 years. The recipe has been handed down through the generations and enjoyed as a non alcoholic ginger "wine". Now Glendale Ginger is available to the public. Made in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, this drink is great on its own or can be mixed with a splash of your favourite tipple.

It is the first year for Jackie at the food and drink festival and she will be promoting her outside catering

Tapas bar and restaurant will bring along their Head Chef who will showcase his paella as well as lots of other dishes from the menu.

Linley’s Authentic Hog Roast
Eric serves whole pigs, spit-roasted to perfection, then carved and served with Sage & Onion Seasoning and Apple Sauce, along with crackling to die for.

The Hepworth
The Hepworth Restaurant is growing an enviable reputation for serving contemporary British Dishes using only the freshest of locally sourced produce and has recently made it into the final of the deliciously yorkshire awards for best local produce on a menu. The Hepworth offers a varied and exceptional menu from the 2 course lunch for £14 to the Early Bird and the a la carte menu and prides itself not only for its food but the professional & courteous staff will make sure your visit to the restaurant is of one to remember. They have also been awarded the certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor.

In October they will be inviting diners to relax for the perfect Sunday lunch along with a great children's menu to enjoy Sunday afternoons of live jazz.

The Hepworth Restaurant will be showcasing their skills on Saturday 24th September at 4pm with a cooking demonstration of Pan Seared haunch of Venison, butternut squash puree, caramelised pear, watercress & fennel shavings, warm blackberry dressing and selling mini fish & chips made with Holmfirth Bitter at their stand.

The Old Bridge Hotel, will be serving up traditional Yorkshire puddings, soup & bacon sandwiches. These will be served in the food court.

Two Valleys Fresh Produce
It is Two valleys first visit to the festival, they will be showcasing there home produced & reared beef and pork direct from there family farms.

Taste a little luxury with every bite! Each of our quality cheeses has been carefully hand picked using our expertise so that you can enjoy a creamier, tastier and truly delicious cheese experience. Why not try our Yorkshire biscuits for cheese crisp and butter.

New for this year Yockenthwaite Farm from deep in the Yorkshire Dales. This is where our delicious hand-baked Granola is made from the finest natural ingredients.

The Nook Bar
Once again the Nook will be setting up a temporary bar in the Market Hall so visitors can enjoy a pint or a soft drink whilst watching the cookery demonstrations.
 

Craft Market
As well as all our food stalls we will also have our regular Saturday traders selling crafts some of these will also be joining us on the Sunday.

Helen will be selling her Jewellery, scarves, bags, purses, corsages, children Jewellery and hair accessories.

Out of Africa
Julie will be displaying her tableware, salad bowls and servers, condiment sets, textiles and miscellaneous giftware all sourced from high quality fairtrade suppliers in east Africa.
