was our competition winner and opened the festival, taking part in our
first cookery demonstration.

cooked with Greg Christofi of Old Bridge Bakery against the head teachers
of Holmfirth High School (Dr Williams) and Martin Rostron of Greenhead
College, who cooked with Yvette, Chef at Kirkwood Hospice in the Market Hall

Once completed the audience will then voted to decide the winning team -
teachers of presenters!
