    Cookery Demonstrations in the Upper Market Hall

    10:15am - Festival stall-holders Coddy's Farm and Your Secret Gourmet cook 'Coddy’s Farm Pork Steaks with Lily Pickles Hot’n’Smokey Chilli Jam'.

    11:30am - Take Two Chefs – two professional chefs undertake a cook off using ingredients chosen by the audience. Come along and join in the fun!

    12.30pm Festival Muffin competition – winner’s presentation

    1.00pm - Eric of Eric’s Restaurant, Lindley, cooks one of his signature dishes.

    2.30pm - Alison Whitmarsh, owner of Propermaid, making a Royal Battenburg

    4.00pm - The Hepworth’s Head Chef cooks one of their signature dishes.

    Street entertainment throughout the day from 10.30am
    Free children’s shows at 12noon and 2.30pm

    Cookery Demonstrations in the Upper Market Hall

    10:45am - Vegetarian Delights

    11:45am - Round Green Farm Venison

    1:00pm - Tim Bilton of The Butchers Arms, cooks Braised Featherblade of Yorkshire Beef, Celeriac mash, pan seared flat iron steak, roast marrow bone, spring vegetables.

    2:30pm - Carl Turner of The Ministry of Chocolate with a Truffle Making Masterclass.

    Learn the art of making Ganache, the heart of a delicious Truffle! How to make a cream Ganache and the ‘mysterious’ but totally amazing water based Ganache. Get all the tips, techniques and skills needed to make these wonderfully indulgent products! And of course, they’ll be plenty of samples on hand for you to try!

    3:30pm - Les Caveaux’s Head Chef cooks one of their signature dishes.
     

    Street entertainment throughout the day from 10.30am
    Free children’s shows at 12noon and 2.30pm
